Why there is no breast development in Sawyer syndrome as in case of testicular feminization synd whee androgen is armoitised to estrogen why not in case of Sawyer syndrome whn androgen can b produced from adrenal glands. Plz someone explain?

@@obygyna5890androgen will also b in case of sweyer syndrome from adrenal gland atleast there should b little breast in Sawyer syndrome from aromatsed androgen which converts to estrogen

In sweyer syndrome androgen level is in female range whereas in cais its male gonads so s testosterone is on higher side
