As a Californian, I feel it’s my obligation to poke fun at Texas. The whole “Texan” thing is just out of reach for us to comprehend on the West Coast. But I watch videos and shows about Texas, it’s history, it’s culture. And as a Californian, I get it. As much as I love the outdoors in CA, Texas is on a level all in its own. Nilgai, Oryx, Whitetail. Exotic animals naturalized into the land and the ol dependable and faithful whitetail. I haven’t gone hunting but I’d love to try my first hunt on oryx or somewhere in Texas. Texas seems like an outdoorsman’s dream country! Thanks for the videos, Mullet Man! This Cali Boy appreciates you showing us a life we should strive to live!

Try Italian bread crumbs, ranch dressing seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2c Italian bread crumbs, 1/4c grated parmesan cheese, 3T ranch dressing seasoning. Mix together. Put fish in n egg wash and then into breading. Fry and enjoy.

I only use electric knives for fish with large scales or large quantities of meat. Other than that... Red stag fillet knives. (Any manual fillet knife will work.)
