I thank the family that brought up Raju, for, the situation they brought him up, unlike the one we've now, must be very haunting one. When whole area is involved in killing everyone belonged to the other religion, to shelter and bring up the child belonged to the other sect is really very applauding and humanitarian one;and converting him to Islam is not such a bad thing rather it saved him from becoming victim of communal crises. Thought that hurts me the most is that how the blood relationship comes to an end with conversion, that too under inevitable circumstances such as the one that of Raju.

I read two books written by Mahadevi namely 'Ateet ke Chalchitra' and 'Smirity ki Rekhain' and I was so impressed by characters which she depicted in her book. After a long time I am feeling the same situation and became so sensitive after listening this story of Raju. I think in this field also you stands near to that Great Hindi writer. I think that some high level Prize like literature prize should be announced by some reputed Literary society in this field also and recognise your story expression quality. I wish a day will come when you will be honoured definitely in this new field.

I met these peoples in these areas of Bareilly in my childhood but at that time I couldn't understand the consequences of partition. It was British bastards who were responsible not ghandi or jinnah. After ww2 British and world establishment came up with the idea that if big countries who have potential to become power are divided they ll never rise up and that was a great doctrine and was proven true . They divided India Germany Middle east Turkey Korea Tunisia Etc etc Only country back as it was Is Germany rest are fighting with each other even today. They couldn't divide only two countries china and japan .

@@babloo355 Saheb British was not only factor for this division, actually we have to go deeply in d history of India one and half decades before independence. Main responsible factors for division of India were Muslim League,and Hindu Mahasabha, both were d advocates of two nations theory. Both d parties started their politics on comunal lines in 1912 after their establishment in 1906 and 1910 respectively. Minor comunal riots started in 1912 and afterwards. V.D..saverkar delivered many speeches in favour of two nations theory ,it is on record. Nor Gandhi ji neither Nehru ji were responsible.

Muslim League and Hindu Mahasabha (parties on comunal lines) were the most responsible .Roots were started in 1906 and 1910 when these parties established. Comunal riots started in 1912. It is easiest for averyone to blame Gandhi, without knowing the real responsible factors
