At 2:20, I should have said the lowest boiling point will be at the top and the highest boiling point component will be at the bottom.

Gran trabajo intentando exponer los conceptos difíciles de la destilación, pero... 2 comentarios: 1º La mala letra, ilegible. 2º Todo el mundo expone toda la teoría que conoce, pero nadie pone ejemplos reales que ayuden a entender los conceptos.

The bottom product line should directly come out from the bottom of the column, it does not pass through the reboiler...correct me if I'm wrong!

So is the process the same when you have a ternary system where you added the third component on purpose to break and azeotrope? For example, using H2SO4 as a binder for H2O so you can separate out HNO3 as a more volatile component.

How can you specify if a component is a light key or a heavy key?

LK- comp of the feed mat which is desired to be kept out from the residue HK- " " " " from the distillate we can identify 'em by the volatility of the component

It is arbitrary, you can make any component the heavy or light key. But to optimize your separation, you want to pick a heavy and light key that have a large difference in volatility to better follow the non-distributing assumption.
