When the entity itself is fraudulent, they are not authorise to even exist, let alone serving the notice. The notice is most probably fake.

Those who recieved legal notice from lawyer may reply them For business use (Point 1 to 3) I deny all allegations using the said app for business purpose. Point 4 to 7 RBI has issue clarification on 25th April 2024 for those fake notices issued by the talkcharge clarifying that users who recieved cashback are not liable for repayment. Then download the rbi clarification from Google and attach it to reply
