how can we test the glide capability of the da(s)? safely. i would like to see if it could glide for 50 - 200 miles. that would be sweet. i hope they add size and a parachute. keep the look though. great looking plane.

Bob the plane new is around 900K but to rent it the average rental rate is between 350-500$ a hour of flight time

Emanuel Pop not sure if they do or not. I would hope not at this point. We have low serial numbered ones with time ranging from high 1000’s to 4000+. Biggest problem currently is a parts shortage for the CD-135. We literally can’t get enough parts to keep them going as they break. Exhaust AD has also been revised so now every 25hrs you are taking the entire exhaust system OFF of the airplane. Huge PITA for us because 25hrs happen in a few days for us.

Hello future professional pilot. The way you are doing the setups, the checklists and all that blablabla during the cockpit preparation before starting the engines and the introducing the flightplan to the G1000 on the MFD is the most unprofessional pilot's attitude in a cockpit I have ever seen. If you want to become an airline pilot you have to change your attitude completely, if not I don't want to be a passenger in your airplane! For me you just failed your check completly! - An EASA examiner.
