Usually 70-75% max. There is some 80% available, but rates are higher.

What LTV are you seeing on DSCR cash out, assuming it qualifies? Can it get to 80%?

Hey Jeff, great information as always. I’m under contract now with a 2 unit town house, and I ran into an issue. The appraisal survey came out too low, at $1,900 per unit, and the lender is not willing to go with the original pre approval. One unit will be vacant at closing, and the other has a lease until May 2025. One is being rented for $1,600 and the other $1,575, so the lender wants to do the loan based on the current rent value of $3,175. The thing is o own several properties on the same town, and I know I can rent each for $2,600. Anyway you could help? Thanks
