Manufactured at LORTEK by DED-Arc technology (Directed Energy Deposition-Arc) (or WAAM Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) and machined at AEROTECNIC
 Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM) applied to DED-Arc rules
 Preparation of deposition strategies: Offline simulation process (CAM)
 Compliant tooling for free in-plane substrate expansion and in-situ stress relief heat treatment to minimize distortion (Patent pending)
 DED-Arc aluminium manufacturing
