@brysonkaaihue Жыл бұрын
@@acquaminerale4791 are fireworks legal or illegal in Naples?
@acquaminerale4791 Жыл бұрын
@@brysonkaaihue it depends on how you interpret the word "fireworks" Usually the ones like cakes ecc are legal unless the major of the town doesn't sign a thing to prohibit them. But neapolitans couldn't care less, they still light up fireworks, like it happened 2 years ago. Another type of fireworks is F4 category. In few words, the bombs, those are always illegal but again, we still use them like toys. Here f4 category is divided in other sub-categories: Cobra: every firecracker ranging from 10g to 50g Rendini or track: these are a miniature version of cipolla firecrackers, usually contains 60 to 90g of flash Cipolla: 100g to 400g, I guess you already know these Bombs: they range from 500g all the way up to 10Kg of flash powder, they are usually named after a football/soccer player, like the "Bomba di maradona" 3Kg of flash Then there's aerial shells, those with a caliber up to 3'' are barely legal, higher than that is illegal. Idk how they're called in english but those with only flash powder inside them, usually made out of plastic, are always illegal, no matter the caliber.

@getmeoutofsanfrancisco9917 Жыл бұрын
Yea I've never understood that. It's one thing for fireworks to be banned in extremely dry states with a ton of vegetation (California). But it's another thing for states like Hawaii to ban them. It truly is under the guise of "public safety". Nanny laws. I absolutely hate laws where the only real context is "saving people from themselves". I could completely understand if one wished for a law where the use of fireworks was seasonal and possibly under the guise of noise laws (like guns are, ex. no excess noise after X:PM except public holidays), but outright blanket banning just sucks.
