I had a rest for a while to get sick.
I would like to continue making videos little by little in the future, so thank you for your support.
This time, I tried to simplify the movement of three directions in vertical, horizontal, and front and rear.
3 axes (X / Y / Z) It's difficult
Since it is a basic structure, we will leave the additional processing.
We assumed processing of wood, plastic materials, and metals.
It looks complicated and expensive, but the processing and material costs are at the level of a plastic model.

The target tolerance is ±0.1 when processing wood or plastic with metal tools.

御質問ありがとうございます。 文中にもありますが、基本構造（テスト機＝プロトタイプ）であることを御理解下さい。 資材、副資材合わせて制作時２万から2.5万円位ですが現在の価格高騰により2から3割上昇していると思われます。 また、本機のコンセプトは鉄、非鉄金属及びプラ、エンプラ他木材などの比較的小さなワークの倣い加工をテーマにしました。 従ってワークの固定ジグや安全対策などを施す必要がありますのでアイデアなどありましたらご指導お願いします。 至らぬ回答ご容赦のほど、今後とも宜しくお願い致します。

この治具自体を作るのは楽しそうですが、あまり用途が思い浮かばない気が・・・ 逆に、最初に出てくる部品？トリマーをはめる部分があれば、別に良い物が作れそうです。市販品ですか？。

@@emeroad21 ご丁寧に返信、ありがとうございました。参考にさせて頂きます。よくよく思い出してみると、この様な加工テーブルは、海外のDIY KZbinrさんが使っていましたね。同じ様な物とか、鍵をなぞって複製を作るみたいに、専用ガイドを作って、同じ物を複製するような物とか。変なコメント、失礼しました。
