You could do this in the PCB editor, by going to Design>>Rooms>>Copy Room Format>> Then select your source room and your destination room.

Nice explanation. For repeated sheets, nets... it is great video. I miss more information about buses across top sheet and child sheets, buses comming thru sheet ports etc.

Hi Ney, As shown in the video, the schematic sheets are connected using the Hierarchical Structure that is internal to Altium Designer. The connectivity from sheet to sheet is done using object types such as Net Labels, Ports, Buses and more. This allows the designer to be have nice, clean schematics that are easy to read. Thanks! Is it possible to say with your example, do layout one of the LED modules in 1 room, then have that copied for the other 6 rooms?

Yes. Between same childs, you can copy room disposition. i.e. you create layout in first room, than you copy room format to others.

Hi. To activate the preview you should go to Tools-->Preferences and then select the System tab. In this scroll down to Design Insight. At the bottom of the page you will see a table under the name Connectivity Insight Options. In this select the Document Tree and Document Preview for Mouse Hover.
