Where are you at? I’ve done pretty good this year in Utah. If you’re in the Utah area we can meet up and do some fishing I’m trying to get out this weekend. Haven’t been in two weeks I have all the gear. I enjoy getting other people on some fish I’d rather have someone else catch a fish and see their joy in it.

If you love white perch, make a trip to Lake Murray in SC. Stop at Lake World right by the dam and get some spoons from them, they have all the lake favorites. I'd say 20-40 feet of water is all you need, and they are hugging the bottom 99% of the time. Easy days.

Treat those chopper mitts with beeswax and so.e light heat. Use lots of wax and get it to soak in. Will waterproof-ish them. Makes them more pliable too
