I'm glad the FL shows common sense. She gave her a chance that I wouldn't give to the villain, but as soon as she saw that it was useless to do so, she made the right decision. She told her that she didn't want to have a constant threat in her house and kicked her out.

Although the storyline was like all the others I really felt like the ml and fl really loved each other. I like that they didn't wait until the very end to realize they were in love. The acting for all the characters was some of the best I've seen, but the fl was amazing. When she was crying, it made you want to cry because it looked so real. The ml was great too. This is a must watch

Everybody is subject to public opinion. A marriage certificate is binding legally but a wedding is an announciation of said marriage and a vow to uphold it(Influencing public opinion) . A marriage is only truly complete when the certificate, wedding and consummation(Not considering contract marriages) is completed in whatever order. It's like applying for a leadership role but not proclaiming to the masses you want the position. Half baked.

FL & ML excelled in their crying scenes, I mean they were really crying…but, from beginning to end both of them had like zero energy. It was like watching them deliver their lines with complete apathy. For FL, that’s not necessarily a bad thing since children that grow up abused like her character did, oftentimes apathy is all that’s left after your nervous system has been traumatized for decades. But for ML, it didn’t fit his character at all. It was really difficult watching both of them Debby Downer their lines. Their chemistry was alright, intimate scenes were faked & offscreen. The story was good. I give it 1 thumb up 👍 I didn’t feel like I wasted 3 hours but it’s not going in my chemistry or rewatch playlists.

Same old plot - ordinary girl is missing heiress, current heiress is a scheming skank who stole FL's boyfriend, ML's mom is a snob that prefers skank#2 and schemes with skank#2 to separate couple, skank#2 drugs ML and takes off the jacket over her dress which is supposedly scandalous and causes FL to mention divorce (poor ML is completely innocent and doesn't deserve FL's ire), skank#1 goes completely wacko on everyone when FL replaces her, etc. etc. The only thing worth watching in this tired old plot is ML. He's supportive, smart (except to falling into the drugging trap) and very attractive when he smiles. It's just one villain after another.
