it seems like trb has 2 charge queues, for weapon procs and for haste procs, and when it gets it from different sources they can go faster than the internal cooldown of 0.2 seconds

I donno, i lost track of this game like 3 years ago. I thought this game is gonna be a game like HS with more " skill " in to it. This is nothing more, than an RNG fest of items you can get and combo and an auto battler... Do you even play against players or its an AI?
