Selam birkaç sorum olucak kullanıcısı olduğunuz proxxon ff230 ile alakalı. Bende bu freze ye sahip olmak istiyorum. Sanırım Türkiye de ikamet ediyorsunuz. Sizinle nasil iltibat kurarim??

Ok so you are really new. Instead of fabricating a wedge out of plastic, a sine bar or set of angle blocks, small cast iron knee and clamps would have created a more rigid setup. Also, you have way too much end mill sticking out. The shortest cutter you can get away with is the least likely to vibrate or chatter. You should also invest in a set of machinist squares. Don’t go for the most expensive. You can get away with used equipment from retired and recently deceased toolmakers (look for estate sales). Also, Chinese stuff has increased in quality over the decades. Anyway, that’s my $.02 of advice from this retired toolmaker.

Thank you for spending time for thar great comment. Advices from very experienced toolmaker worth thousands for me i am appreciate. I didnt buy proxxon end mills they are very expensive ınstead ı am using chinese ones. Maybe proxxons are shorter to prevent chatter but for now this is what ı got. I will try to find shorter ones. I really need machinist square for now i am using carpenters square but its not enough. For plastic setup it was better than i expect. But of course for professional work i need sine bar. I have small t slotted table comes with the mill i am not using it for milling. In the future i will try to convert it to the tilting table. ıt will be one of my projects.
