My concerns with PTC are : 1. Revenue has dropped. I think the highest was in the year 2021 2. Dip in Net Profit since 2023 3. Promoter holding is just 16.22% whereas the FIIs is 28.78%. This is a HIGH RISK factor from my understanding 4. Divestment of it's arm PTC energy to ONGC for Rs. 2021Cr 5. Company is basically focusing on becoming "Asset Lite Firm". This is a RED FLAG for me

Lloyd engg works, is it from the same promoters of lloyd electric? Then they are fishy. Lloyd elec made many investors pauper by siphoning off money after sales of their ac sales to havells. Even pms of porinju was also badly hit. People who bought over 300 could not sell since it went to 2.5 and then stopped trading! Be aware if from same group
