MultiCast Policy Primer

I have a question about Multicast, my ISP is providing Multicast as well for TV boxes. But connection comes whit a different VLAN (i think it will use encapsulation dot1q vlan4). When I add a new interface to WAN and mark it as VLAN 4 then I get an IP address also I have WAN address as well for the internet. But I have not managed to get it working whit FortiGate, any tips? Should I just follow your guide here or I should consider something else?
