Excellent content and very informative. Many multifamily syndications are LP/GP 80/20 or 70/30 split. That doesn't mean the GPs are putting up 20 or 30% of the capital correct? It means they own 20 or 30% of the equity

With the amount of rent increases, appreciation of MF assets, high costs of apartment complexes in the past 1-2 years I don't hear much talk about a bubble or at least a correction. I'm sure you remember 2007-2008. Are you concerned about this?
