That scene where they burn that picture of all of them made me so mad when it first came out. I mean it was sad and all but it totally illustrated exactly what's wrong with those boys. Anybody else on the planet would treasure their last picture with someone who died, Sam and Dean well they just burn it. Don't want no reminders of their sad past. :'( Great vid, I'll admit I cried.

@R O He threw the amulet in the trash because Sam was going dark side completely willingly, after everything Dean had done for him. And they burned the picture to prevent the potential for a ghost problem. Dean keeps his photos if he can, it's shown in later seasons.
