Gosh i remember being so excited for The Hunger Games to be released and then finding out Taylor was going to sing for the soundtrack made me so happy. When the song was released, i literally felt chills. It was like Katniss seeing Prim to sleep, and while it is eerie, its still comforting and now that I'm older, the song's structure, the whole MV, the lyrics and just everything felt so right, so accurate.
