Sir,we have to check invaraience for such model..?is invaraience testing for such model a perquisites

I suppose you could test for invariance if you wanted to; but there is no stipulation of effects are invariant across levels. One of the reasons for multilevel analysis in the first place is that relationships at higher levels may differ from those at lower levels.
