Better to use real onion 🧅 & garlic instead of powder. Use Turmeric, Pepper, Jeera & garlic (basically rasam) and use less tamarind (use tomato juice, orange or pineapple juice) and Take lemon water/juice in the morning to avoid cold/cough.

I wish to clarify certain things to my children here 1. I've been eating Rice only once a day since 2018 even when I was working. My body has set that way due to my yoga and I'm in the best optimum health 🙏. That part they edited out so people think I'm starving 😂. No! I'm not starving myself in any way or my cats. All of us eat well. Thank you 🙏 2. If this was a publicity stunt then I would have called Trend Loud camera team to shoot it as a vlog the day I went door to door selling soaps. My mind doesn't function that way. Hmmmm .... Maybe I should have done that. Then all the views I would have benefited not them. 😂 3. I've been teaching and selling cakes since 2014 and soaps since 2016. I stopped baking and decided to focus only on soaping to simply make my life easier. After 3 COVID attacks, my no 1 priority is my Life, my Health and my Well-Being. That's all 🙏
