Sister due to the pandemic covid situation I lost my restaurant business and livelihood but after seeing your program, I am really thank full to god that I a roof on my head, clothing to wear and 3 times food and on top there is no compromise in my life style. She made her choice of mor kozhambu, why everyone pointing her? For easy method we use it this way without adding coconut paste. Its not necessary for adding coconut in 'kachi mor'., unless if u add vegetables. Then new trick adding basin powder. Maam, it came out well. Both dishes, 'kachi moru, and kovaikai mezhukupuratti/uperi' looks like exactly we cook. And I know its yummy. ❤️

Moru kuzhambu was very simple and it is north Indian style using kadalai mavu with plenty of water they say kadi. Kovakai in telungana I had seen after cutting they squeeze to make it soft and saute in oil by adding chilly powder haldi jeeragam powder and fry as you fried .
