Definition is wrong. Kindly check again. Multiple alleles means one gene may have more than 2 alleles but that too at the level of a population. The definition you wrote here is of polygenic inheritance. Correct me if I'm wrong.

@@fahadshah7388 please understand. Antibodies wahan banain ge jahan antigen present ho. So O negative means no antigen. And no antigen means no antibody production means no reaction. So it is safe to give O neg blood to anyone.

I would first suggest you to have your blood grouping done from a reliable lab. Then if result remains same then consult a geneticist or hematologist. There is a conditon called "Cis AB blood group". Although rare but it is possible.
