Sir you have said that the multiple alleles ranges from 3 to 300 so if one person genome is having any two of these alleles so if we take an example of blood group so we can have alleles from 3 to 300 totally

Blood cells and immunity providing cells are distinct , don't mix them up , and lymphocytes or other immunity providing cells have specific antigens that are completely different from RBC's .
