I really enjoyed seeing these animals just acting naturally. Trail cams are so much better than zoos for showing wildlife to people.

Idk what freak show circus you've been visiting but the wildlife in places i go to cant be reintegrated back into the wild, usually due to injury or lack of behavioral knowledge to take care of oneself
@b.a.erlebacher113923 күн бұрын
@davidf3974 These are wild animals that are filmed in their natural environments, not captive animals. Before this technology became readily available it was difficult to observe extensive natural behaviour of wild animals. Why do you like to insult other people based on your own ignorance? Long before this tech was available I lived in a remote area of Canada and mostly observed tracks and heard the vocal behaviour. I rarely saw some animals that I knew were present from their tracks.

I simply love all these animals totally at ease in the wilderness. Nice job. 😊 (Since these pics were all taken 4 years ago, I'd love to know how they're all doing now. Hopefully well.)

hard to know for sure but I am pretty confident that the lynx are still around. I've gotten good at identifying a few and they've been in this area for years now.

I am always amazed at the lynx behind. Sometimes, I wonder if they are aware that they are filmed. The pose can be quite suggestive. 😂

@morgan-louw51922 ай бұрын
@@l5r90 Hahaha Read your own comment above about the “cigar” and compare yours to mine! It’s about your thoughts that we should do something, not mine. Mine are innocent. I had not even read yours. I meant that when they pass in front of the camera, they sense that they are filmed: what wrong with that? On the other hand, yours is very ambiguous. 🤭

There have been very few cougars documented in the Yukon although every year or so there are unconfirmed sightings. The last time there was photo documentation was in 2015 of a pair south of Whitehorse
