I'm a backpacker/mountain climber/kayaker/truck camper in Washington State for 50 years. I've seen and been around brown and black bears, walked up on deer but never seen or heard anything I don't understand. The night vision B&W camera footage in this video has been aptly defined; some human in an IR treated cam suit wearing night vision goggles (the reflecting "eyes"). The reason there was reflection in the goggles of the intruder is because night vision IR cameras have an IR emitter as an "illuminator" so the camera see in the dark. If they had an IR only cam it would show the body heat of the intruder regardless of cam, the coating reduces IR reflection not IR emission a warm body put out. Having said that, as far out as these folks drove if there was anyone near it should be audibly apparent if anyone was nearby, engine noises (arriving or leaving), slamming truck doors etc. That someone was lurking around their campsite at all, especially at night, is major creep factor! I would give out the GPS coordinates to local constabulary for future reference in case anybody goes missing or has encounters like this. The purity of nature is such a blessing!
@fltmedАй бұрын
Semi-logical response until you got to the IR vs Thermal portion. IR doesn't detect thermal and the camera he used was not a thermal. Since he doesn't specify which type of trail camera he is using, I'd say it was the poor quality of the camera that resulted in the poor quality of the actual images. It definitely was a human, though.

@kevinhorne9643 & @@fltmed humans don't move like that. It was Sasquatch people. Sorry your frequency isn't high enough to open your third eye so you can know this but unless they want you to know they are there -you won't know if you are not in tune to that frequency. Try a healthier diet for starters. All natural with no processed foods. No un-necessary jabs. Like they do. Then go down a few rabbit holes in the right direction. I have had encounters off & on since I was a kid with these type of people. They have abilities we used to have but lost with our govt reality. Yeah, I know, the truth hurts, but it gets better. You get used to it.
@kevinhorne9643Ай бұрын
@@fltmed I'm part Vulcan so don't mess with me on Logic. The Merriam Webster dictionary has three definitions for Infrared and #3: sensitive to infrared radiation. ex: infrared sensors that detect body heat. A typical "night vision" camera has the ability to see IR energy but they are not as sensitive to IR alone as an IR Only camera (way more expensive). You have a color IR only camera image on your page as example. A camera that has a daylight visible light mode and a "night vision" mode works at night by having IR LED's in a ring around the lens facing outward. These cameras are weak in IR sensitivity but the reflected IR light from the LED's IS visible to the camera in black and white. A ghillie suit treated to absorb IR energy would not reflect most of the light from the IR floods, but the absorption is not 100% in this case. That is why we see the ghostlike image in this video. Almost any color digital camera can detect some IR light, you can point a TV remote control at said camera and if the remote is working you can see the flashing IR LED on the remote on camera but not with your eye.

I am not an expert or an authority on various means of photography or infrared imaging detection… however, without getting to long winded.. I do have a tiny bit of experience with the over reach, harassment, and unprovoked bullying of law abiding citizens. Yeah! I’m going on as far as I know at least 15 years now.. and I’m sorry for these folks, 😢 they are exactly the type of people that are targeted.. and the fact that they were followed all the way out to such a secluded place, is to me a really strong indicator of high priority targeting.. And there was at least two individuals in their camp.. and it’s no accident that the place was flooded and had helped to obscured any ground sign of intruders.. the only thing more chilling to me is the fact that children were present, and it apparently wasn’t enough of a deterrent to keep a potentially horrible situation from being exacerbated if they’d been discovered for any reason! It’s a National and international problem, and it’s not a subject that most people will even listen to. Because it’s a very sickening and terrifying realization, and most people will run scared rather than discuss it. I totally understand.. I’m just trying to increase awareness of the extreme anxiety and stress that it places the unsuspecting person who pays their taxes and lives within the law, that’s all I will say about it.. but I’m not joking or fear mongering.. just saying. God bless these folks and may his grace keep them and their kids safe and healthy! 🙂

@@kevinhorne9643 hmm military specialist or photographer or both? I "see" your point. Seems there are people who always think they are more knowledgeable than others. I'd say pay them no mind as their own ego will leave them "blindsided" one day. Hasn't Law Enforcement used this type of equipment for now several decades which would mean the military had it available several decades prior to their using it. Can you purchase this type suit as a civilian or is it "strictly" for "enforcing access"? In this video that is near exactly what the subject did to this family-forced fear into them so they left the area quite quickly out of concern for their grandchildren. Creepy definitely, the subject would be confident in his/her surroundings and have an established area of shelter. Well skilled in his/her self defense abilities and familiar with the terrain. Now, I'm just a 68 yr.old granny whose interest are many =) so, my "educated" or "uneducated guess is your "fitmed" person is a minor(less experience) is this game of conversion whose knowledge of definitions comes straight out of the Oxford Dictionary making his/her education LIMITED. I'm saddened for the circumstance the intruder imposed on grandfather, it appeared they intended to have a longer journey. Hopefully this event doesn't deter the family from many more of these outings. How beautiful tranquil and surreal the area looked. A deep breath from the creators heart to feel what we see, what we smell, what we hear, what we touch leaving us the desire to taste the freedom of this land. My only wish, I owned a camera-I don't even own a cell phone and this is my grandsons chromebook-life-it is what it is. You enjoy the days and hours ahead as will I. I’ve been shot at no less than 3 times, yelled at, cussed at, stalked, tracked, harassed and most of that was from human beings who were off their bubble….. 98% of my experiences have been great and keep me going back but I’m always ready for the thing to go sideways. I hunted, fished, camped and backpacked throughout British Columbia for decades and had two experiences that I couldn't explain. One was a loud noise that went on day and night for a week. I could best describe it as a chainsaw with the throttle being held wide open. Couldn't hear it from our camp on the Flathead river but heard it every time we got near the Commerce creek road. This is in M.U. 4-01 in the far southeast corner of B.C. I assumed it was a hunter's camp using a generator but how anyone could stand that racket was beyond me. After 3 days of hearing that noise i decided to go check to see if there was a hunter's camp and maybe if their generator, chainsaw, whatever was stuck running wide open. I headed into the bush towards the noise but was never able to find its source, it always seemed to keep the same distance away from me. I found no camp of any sort. I hunted in M.U. 4-01 many times but never heard that noise again. The second experience was seeing a spectre while camping at the far end of Chilliwack lake in B.C. Chilliwack lake is cold and deep and few drowning victims in that lake are ever found again. I was fast asleep when something woke me up. I figured it might be an animal in camp but when I raised up on an elbow to hear better there was a freaking glowing outline of a man at the foot of my cot. I shouted at him to get the f$%k out of there and he disappeared but my wife woke up and when I told her what I saw she made me pack up in the middle of the night and get the heck out of there.

I don't know a lot about the Sasquatch, but they are intelligent. They would know a hunters trail cam. don't think this entity knows what a trail cam is, this is much much older, and much worse of a creature. A human doing this would just take the trail cam, or remove the storage device (the memory card). It looks like theres more than one. , and it doesn't walk in, it flies in. Anti-IR suits are a very real thing. Also that's an auto-trip camera that senses IR and turns on. No IR it turns off. So as a person wearing these suits moves in front of the camera the camera will only take a shot when it sees an IR target occasionally because it's moving. That's why when you view all the shots it did take (see) together it makes it look like it's moving quickly.

It's God's country at its best. My heart goes out to the good people of Jasper for their awful loss. The creepy figure is very much a large as life human intruder ghosted by the effects of IR and the type of camera equipment being used. Who would have thought it in such a remote location, but you can bet it was someone camping nearby who ought to have known better. A dog, preferably a big one, would ensure you would not be disturbed by such a close-up encounter.

This reminded me of years ago when I was coming back to Grants Pass Oregon from Cave Junction Oregon just after dark, and I pulled off near a creek to watch the ISS fly over, and two paranoid guys from nearby homes came down to see what I was doing parked at night, just as the ISS flew overhead looking like a large landing light. These guys explained they became paranoid after few months previously when they were hiking and gold panning deep in the Kalmiopsis Wilderness (a very remote part of the U.S. West Coast and home to reports of strange things), and a group of armed guys in military camo suits and hoodies that they described much as the image on your trail cam, aggressively stalked, intercepted, detained and ID'd them. The Camo Dudes refused to Identify themselves, and told them to get out of the area and never come back, and not to speak about the encounter. Both the guys I encountered were both former military and said the Camo dudes were spooky and very intimidating, and they got the impression that they might have disappeared them if they resisted. They said they were defiantly some sort of military group but had no official markings as I mentioned, sounded like the thing in the trail cam. When I said to the two guys, "Sounds like you may have encountered a drug or grow operation" and they both said in unison "NO WAY, THESE "A" holes WERE GOVERNMENT AND THEY WERE PISSED, and they looked like they had just come out of a comfy, clean barracks and not on maneuvers or living rough. Within days of returning home, they said they got a visit from FBI and And some special FED guy who wanted to know what they were doing in the area and not to go back or speak about the encounter. They said they had been under surveillance, and thought I might have been the Feds.
@kevinhorne9643Ай бұрын
Hmmmmmmmm you were told a lot of stuff you can't verify. If I was in that situation the guys mentioned, yes I would comply. If I got those visits he claimed I would surreptitiously record license plate #'s and they HAVE to present ID's if real FBI no matter what the circumstances. I'm sorry but I gotta call this one on the dudes who told you the story. The Kalmiopsis Wilderness area is in Oregon. Odd no specific part is mentioned at all by them. I had the highest lever SECRET clearance when in the Army and a friend was in Delta Force, something doesn't feel right...
@jackoneil3933Ай бұрын
@@kevinhorne9643 Can you articulate what is it that doesn't 'Feel' right to you? Of course I could not verify what they said. But two guys who had close to million dollar homes, high-dollar vehicles and seemed rational and respectable, and no reason to make up stories and who were not quick to share the story until I told them I worked for the founder of the at the time the largest independent radio and media network, well known for being politically independent and his support of the military and conservative. I was skeptical as well and pressed these guys on the details, as to the dudes they encountered and and the later visits. My Best friend from friend from high school ended worked for under Mendz at ClA for many years, other friends were also worked at DOD and from and while the encounter seems very unlikely, I sensed they were relating a true experience. They answered without hesitation or inconsistencies and the more I pressed them the more convincing they seemed to be. As there's a lot of fables and nuts attached to the area. I asked if them what they thought of all the UFO and Big-foot stories from the area and if they thought these guys were involved with Big-Foot or Aliens and they scoffed, and said that anything's possible but likely not, and that it was more likely they got close to something very sensitive. At the radio network, I ran a group that was responsible for vetting and debunking stories, sometimes that were floated as disinformation to our dozen or more hosts. Two in the group had also worked in Intelligence and behind the beltway. We also had friends and sources at DOD, and the Hill who helped us sort out BS from the plausible or factual, and I lot of fertilizer came through the door. The guys with their story struck me as unique and believable and why I shared it. My dad was a Navy aviator and I grew up on an airport in Oregon, I used to fly over the Kalmiopsis Wilderness a couple of times a month on a run from Portland to Northern Ca.To break-up the monotony and to entertain passengers I use to go low-level and spot elk and show them how remote and inaccessible, and with all the air traffic I think it would be unlikely anyone could hide a secret base or operation. I did take a low-level flight around the area a couple of weeks after the conversation to visit my brother who lives in Brookings Or. Right on the edge of the area and I can't imagine why anyone would want a secret base in the area but I can see it possibly be used for training. As for location, they were pretty explicit on the location gave details where they parked and how far they they went and even the creek and river and it all jived. Around Vulcanan Peak Zred Mountain and along Boulder creek was were I recall them saying the encounter occured when they were panning. I just revisited it up on Google Earth and it looks like most of the area as been cleared due to recent wild fires and it looks nothing like how I recall it used to look during my last flight over the area about 6 years ago.

The goggles tell me it's not a cryptid or sasquatch. Some people mentioned night vision goggles, which makes sense. If the camera speed is fast enough and without proper lighting, the moving subject can appear ethereal, or see through. It's a trick I learned in photography. You can tell by his movements this was a faster speed. 🎯 The truck and trees are stationary, so they appear solid. You had a PROWLER. He left when he saw the camera. If your children regularly sleep in their own tent... I would affix bright motion sensored lights around your vehicles so if someone or thing is that close, the light goes on and can be captured on video. I would also get a small dog... they are easy to take up the ladder and make great alarm systems. The only reason I won't get a rooftop tent is my dog is too heavy. If this was a setup for a spooky Halloween video... pretty funny. 🎃 "I know who you are. I saw what you did." 🤣🤣🤣

yes the 'glowing eyes' are reflection off his night vision optics, he's using passive intensification optics cause you can't see the beam from the NIR illuminator. Most likely a thief and they left after spotting the camera.

Nice folks but not real happy about having their coolers stolen. Our cooler was in the trunk at night. out of sight. Dew to racoons I'd seen earlier. Like to keep to themselves. This particular one did not fully come into 3rd dimension, this is why it appeared "ghostly" or "see thru". They are beautiful loving beings that have shared the land with us for many thousands of years. The next time you're out there--- connect with them and say "Hello". We have a Kawasaki Teryx 4 seater. We travel all over the country to trailblaze as much as we can. I have to concur that its most likely someone in a suit that makes one seem invisible to cameras. There are crazy people there that think it's funny to walk around someone's campsight in the middle of the night. Much less in an invisible suit. Foolish. I, on the other hand, would put up perimeter alarms. Not too expensive and gives another level of comfort when out in the wilderness. I also NEVER camp without some sort of "projectile" protection. I have to give you kudos on the video. Beautifully capturing the gorgeous countryside. Thanks for taking us along. Blessings from deep South Texas.

I was riding a tiny Kawasaki ATV on a logging road near the Sabine River in NW Louisiana in 1989 and a huge coal black cat that looked like a Mountain Lion crossed the road 15 feet from me. The cat was at least 8 feet long including the tail and was much larger than a typical hound dog or black lab. Locals told me about these big cats in the area the year before. I wonder if they`re Jaguars of some kind but the head doesn`t match.

I spent many many years on fly in hunting trips in Northern BC. West of Muncho lake. We had some very strange experiences. About 6..00 pm I was sitting in my blind waiting for a bull moose. Across the small lake the trees , these were 100 ft Popular trees waving around like in a big wind. But dead calm glassy waters. No it was not a grizzly. It happened to several trees one after another. I mentioned it to my fellow hunters and we had a laugh. However that night say 2 am there was a loud rythmic beating on a tree outside to cabin. I never heard it but the rest did. In the morning 2 of us went out to see it was could find out. There was no wind that night and we could not find any rubbing trees. We were to only ones at that lake having been flown in 3 days before. This happened for 3 more nights, we could find no evidence of a bear or moose bashing the trees, moose don;t bash 100 ft trees and make they sway severly. Next years trip the same thing happened now it was getting serious , I guess what ever it was did not want us to get its moose, which we did anyway. On another trip this time to Tuchodi Lake west of Fort Nelson BC, I was waking up a trrail slowly listening and looking and about 100 ft ahead of me was the most ugly creature I have ever seen. Black but nearly hairless, large teeth I though it was a mangy wolf but it was at least 6 ft tall. I still get goose bumps when I recall that. It disapeared in a flash and I turned tail and walked back to the lake. I told the others and one guy said he though he saw something the day before , not sure what he saw. You never know what you might see or hear in the northern wilderness of BC and Alberta. Just wait till a Dene or Inuit tells you about the Wingott spirit, you will never go out at night again.

WOW! I flyfish and camp in the Nordegg area of AB - usually alone. Stomping up and down the North Ram, Wapiabi, Blackstone and many other watersheds. My favorite country on earth (east slope Rockies). Never experienced anything like this, but have watched all the content that claims this as a hotspot. These are wild areas but now intruded by oil / gas exploration... Here again we have normal background - but fuzzy translucent images imposed on top of the recording. Other worldly... That was someone wearing a IR treated suit like ProApto, Camo shield, Stealth cloak or a homemade job. You can see the shoulder straps, a waist cinch, and something slung over the shoulder. Seen this before. Lots of ways to detect the dirt bag. Probably those so-called hikers in the background scoping out your 4x4. Anyone wearing such a getup around campers, hikers etc is up to no good. On the East Coast in N.Y. S. I know someone that reported to me a group of dirt bags using IR treated ghilli suits to harrass and scare people in a vengeful manner This was in 2004. So the tech has been out for a while now. Wet paint, flour, practical old style traps work. In the instance told to me the targeted individual laid out thin boards with spikes upward. Apparently it worked.

Just watched all the videos from ProApto and their suits do not make anyone invisible or see through. They are effective if the wearer is not moving. He blends into the surrounding vegetation and the suit masks the heat from his body. As soon as he moves he is visible and solid. Nothing works like the character in this video so that was probably, as someone else suggested, a reflection on glass. Of what/who well that's the question I guess.

On one of the trips we went to North Battleford Saskatchewan Canada. It was very beautiful country. While there for the first time I experience the Arora Borealis also called the Northern Lights. It was awesome. You could hear crackling and popping in the air like it was electrified. We went through the Canadian Rockies and it was in August of 1979 and it dropped below 32 Fahrenheit and man was it cold. Canada is an incredibly beautiful country. As a family we went to Banff from Glacier National Park. One of the trips we went to Penticton between the lakes. I’m big into paranormal but I’m going to have to say that this is a night vision glitch and that was actually a human being nosing around your camp… also creepy, but nothing paranormal in my opinion. My ring doorbell glitches and shows my cat and my neighbour disappearing into thin air, moving oddly and sometimes barely being picked up at all. My cat is very black and my neighbour wears dark clothes to work, I assume night vision has problems sometimes picking up dark shapes in darkness, maybe something to do with the light trickery not working as well with dark shapes. I can’t explain it, but unless my neighbour and my cat are secretly otherworldly entities, I’m sold on night vision glitch. Gorgeous footage of your surroundings though, I’d love to go there! So special to be able to spend time with your grandkids in such stunning nature.
@DonP_is_lostagain25 күн бұрын
When I took photography back as a college elective they ingrained in us that the two colors to avoid using when shooting subjects it black and darker blues. At certain focal settings black and blue tend to disappear altogether. If you've ever seen a movie where they're showing things seeming to disappear, it's simply that the object was covered in a black cloth of some type, or was moved behind a black screen. That's most likely the explanation for our Ring camera. They have a fairly short focal point, so really dark objects will appear to disappear.

He was attracted to your camera as it was most probably triggered by his movement and then your cameras Ir would also light up same as his, that is why he came over to investigate as he saw your cameras IR beams. 😊 But he was definitely looking for something to take home..
