I'm from Jacksonville. The shooter was spotted at EWU(Historical Black College), where he was ran away by security but wasn't caught. He then went to Dollar General afterwards. Starting shooting at cars on the outside, then went inside and let two white women out before he started shooting. Not sure if kids were involved. He was from another side of town (County). He texted his dad before it all happened and they called the sheriff's office. He said that he hated black people in some notes. He killed himself in the end…. RIP to all of the victims of this tragic incident. My heart is heavy right now
