Thank you so much for this video it was super helpful!!!! I am wondering if you have had the chance to make the video on what the first therapy session would look like?

You’re welcome! We are so glad you found the video helpful. We do not have a therapy session video for multiple oppositions at this time but that is a great idea that we will keep in mind! -AISP Team

This is very helpful! Are you picking targets that the child substitutes for, stimulable sounds or both?
@AdventuresinSpeechPathology7 ай бұрын
I'm glad you found this helpful! We usually pick both stimulable and non-stimulable sounds. However, target selection really varies for each specific child. We have a blog post that gives some more information about multiple oppositions and has links to free resources! Check it out here: bit.ly/FreeMultipleOpps_BLOG -AISP Team

Hi, I have a child that is using a cluster sound for different sounds -does this approach still work or does it have to be a single sound? for example they use "gr" for br, dr, tr and "cr" for pr,fr, tr
@rebeccareinking6844 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it is still an option for children who collapse many clusters to one cluster - alternatively, I like to do a lot of auditory discrimination work featuring clusters and use my R Cluster Help Sheets to help with this as well.

Do you have a favorite standardized articulation test?
@AdventuresinSpeechPathology9 ай бұрын
Hi! I use a variety of tests, many informal. The most frequently used standardized assessment is the DEAP.
