for windows - go to export - click create pdf/xps desktop - go to options - click the dropdown under publish what to “handout” - select your desire slides - click ok hope that helps!

Hello! It should be the same. It might say "Handouts" and allow you to choose the # of slides instead of "Layout" like it does on Mac!

Very helpful but is there a way to reverse this process ? I have a presentation that was sent to me in the 4 slides per page format, is there any solution to transform it to a 1 slide per page format ?

@@prakritipoudyal6449 not really, all i was able to do as write some python code that takes each slide as an image and slices it into images and collects all the resulting images in a PDF file, but u cant copy any text in that way
