I have the Reobrix white skidder with the red back and black tank treads. Same problem as this model. All or none speed control. Drop the RPM on the treads and get more torque. I have a Lego bulldozer IR R/C and it should be in a NASCAR race. Same problem. The gearing should be reduced to a crawl speed with more power and less speed, IMHO. I have not figured out how to fix it yet. I do know that CADA and Mould King and Reobrix have "all or none" remotes, but Mould King did come out with a 4 channel and a 6 channel setup that is proportional. The steering servos are not applicable to tank driving, so no worries there. Those are still "all or none" steering. This tank looks like fun for target practice. Using those 1L pin with stud connectors is always a problem. Lego has the same issue. Stop using them, or use more of them to hold parts together. Maybe glue?

The chassis look fine, but the rocket module seem unreal compare to the real model, is TOS-1A "Solntsepek" Thermobaric Launcher

Servus wieder mal aus 🇦🇹lieber BM - sorry, aber ich könnte mit "dem Set echt 0 und nix anfangen!" 😏(genau so gings mir mit dem 'Ferdinand-Techteil'!) = halt absolut nicht Meins!!! - Video jedoch wie immer 🔝 'Thumps up"👍 gibt's trotzdem! 🙂...für deine stete Mühe, ist ja stets ein mords Zeitaufwand!!! Very cool, but a bit unstable/fragile. What does work looks to work very well, though the turret design could use some redesign, strengthening. The firing mechanism being able to shoot off that many projectiles is very impressive, and outside of a few faulty bricks (easily replaceable as Lego's been using the same part for years with 100% success rate from what I've built anyway) looks to be the best function outside of the powerful/smooth treads. As always thanks for the unique build/on point editing.
