Chinatown Chiang Mai! This was a cool one for me because I usually know where I want to eat, but this morning I just let my 6 senses (yes, 6) lead me into a lot of bowls of delicious Thai food! I also found one of my favorite dishes, Youtiao and Soymilk. I ate a lot, but it was all because I spent so much time exploring the cool markets in this area! A must see if you are in Chiang Mai. Then I went and tried a few more staple Chiang Mai dishes, Khao Soi and then a unique Beef Noodle which was like non I had had before. Oh, and you can't forget about the coffee! From a very picky subscriber on Food Vlogging: Max McFarlin is someone who will provide a nice and calm presentation throughout the review showing real emotions without screaming the hell out on every occasion trying local foods. I usually watch his videos while eating my own cooked instant ramen with a poached egg on top and salivating while having it. Great reviews by the way, he's gonna grow for sure.

Love love love Khao Soi Khun Yai, was there just over a week ago (OK, twice). It has some kick on its own, I wasn't able to add early as much of that rich chili paste as you did! Thanks for mentioning a few things that are new to me, have added them to my list for next visit. Happy travels. :)

Songkran, the first day in Chiang Mai, has a procession of bathing Buddha images in Chiang Mai, very beautiful and Lan Thapae has food for you to eat It's real fun. I want you to come.
