A battle simulation controlled by the random movement of marbles. Each player's marbles can enter either the Multiply trigger, which doubles their current number, or Release, which launches a number of shots equal to their current number and resets it to 1.
The last player standing wins.

If you want to encourage larger numbers, one feature I've seen on other multiply/release vids is that over time the multiply share will grow, and the release one decrease. So the chance of multiplying becomes much higher, and with a low release chance, later in the game you have much higher releases when they do happen. Just a thought!

1. Nerf rainmarbles' bounciness/amount. 2. Nerf PUSH. 3. Buff FORTIFY. 4. Buff FREE SPAWN. 5. Add STEAL, but only steals shots from the player with the most earned shots currently. 6. Add RETREAT, pulling ally marbles inward towards the base. 7. Add a tiny chance for x8 in the wheel.

"Push" seems a pretty big game ender at the moment, with a shield as its only counter. It could perhaps be more interesting if fewer games ended in a massive push explosion. How about reducing push strength based on number of marbles affected? Not a direct divide by number, but some kind of reduced power curve as the number of affected marbles increases. The roulette wheel is great, but every time I feel like it's a little too sequential. Since its outcomes are static and the whole wheel rotates there's a perceived linearity to the results - even if functionally the randomness is as unpredictable as any other selection method. But, what if the parts of the wheel we don't see, changed while we don't see them? Every segment that appears to come down rotating from the top of the screen, would actually be a randomly selected new segment. For one, it would break up the perceived repetitiveness. And also, you could have additional random effects that you couldn't just add on to the wheel as normal - because they'd be too powerful or too debilitating. It could allow you to strengthen existing effects like Fortify to actually be meaningfully powerful, and make them come up less often to compensate. You could even have tiers of the same effect, like item tiers in a game, color-coded - white, green, blue, purple, yellow, red - with each tier multiplying the effect but also being that much rarer. You could do much more too, like make it so rarer effects only appear later in the match, etc. Experiment! These are fun to watch, and it's even more fun to see them evolve. :)

Marbles on the map oftentimes clump up into groups travelling together in a cardinal or 45deg diagonal direction, what's up with that

The marbles have a degree of guidance to them so they actually try to roll towards the nearest enemy color rather than stop when they run out of momentum. The reason they often do so in cardinal or 45-degree directions is that the marble movement is physics-based, and the map is made up of tiles. While we can't easily see it from our fixed angle, the tiles differ in height, and thus marbles roll along the tile edges towards their goal - cardinally - or diagonally across the corners if their goal is not in a cardinal direction.
