well, there was that overweight eastern european guy who swam out too far in the ocean a few years ago while i was in mexico. he was bobbing up and down so i gave him my kick-board and i swam back to shore. pretty sure he was in big trouble... so there is that one at least.

You really should :P I've multiplied matrices a couple times before, but I always keep forgetting how exactly it works. The arrows just made it a tiiiiny little bit simpler right now :P Anyway, your videos are awesome! A+ Bravo. Im currently i 8th grade taking an Algebra 1 Highschool Credit class and i haven't had any problems in the class...until today. We started with adding and subtracting matrices and it was a piece of cake. Then came this. She used all these lines, and arrows and it confused me so much. So i came home, searched google for help, and this video popped up. I know completely understand Multiplying Matrices. Thank You.

Annie, one way that matrix multiplication is used is to do geometric transformations in video games and CGI. If you want to rotate, reflect, dilate or translate an object on the screen, this can be done by putting the coordinates of the points in the matrix and then multiplying by an appropriate "transforming" matrix.

Matrices are super useful man, if you ever want to be involved in programming, engineering, or any kind of science, you need to know this. It's involved in making simulations, writing algorithms, anything to do with programming graphics for computer games, engineering for structural analysis, the list literally goes on. Keep up the study =) It will be worth it
