Sorry I missed it live, but so happy to start the day with this set! The Aria sounds excellent as did the acoustic. Loved Everything Matters and Trainwreck. Thank you Glen! 🙏💓💫

Let In Anarchy just does it for me. I love it. Does anyone know the lyrics to this part? I hear “tiny currants/currents in tightling knots.”

Reading YA books -- Eleanor and Park, Looking For Alaska -- to understand some friends better. Needed the sad songs this week. Mercy St. was esp. beautiful. Thx.

I really like the song "Go". It took me a but to figure out this wasn't one of Glen's songs but a cover.

"Go" is one of Glen's originals...he wrote it. It was co-written with Kris Orlowski.

@privatepenguin3137 Oh thanks. That's cool Kris's version was the first studio version I found. Then I found another version. That was labeled Featuring Glen. So that made me think it was originally Kris's song. Thanks for clarifying that with me. I love that song.

@@SchardtCinematic Same here - gutwrenching tune. The "if you love something let it go" sentiment comes from Glen and his divorce....while the "lighthouse parallels" (many nautical references in the song) come from Kris.

@privatepenguin3137 That's awesome. I'm divorced too and that's where the song hit me too.

@privatepenguin3137 Another irony of the song is that me and my ex both loved to vacation on the Outer Banks of NC. In the Nags Head and South Nags Head area. This was way back in 1994 through 1996. Then once we had kinds took them there in 2003. After we divorced in 2016. A year later I took my kids down in 2017 and stayed in the same beach house from my honeymoon in 1995. It was surreal it was a tiny beach cottage that sleeps six. It felt good getting away and I didn't feel weird being there. It gave me happy memories after being away from Nags Head for 14 years.
