It’s frustrating not being able to try this gear on prior to purchase, as I have heard the sizing charts are inaccurate. Ford example, the Revzilla review mentions that the sizing charts are inaccurate recommends XXL but the model had to choose XL instead. Where I live, in Sydney, the dealer location tool shows one dealer in the whole of Sydney (in the outer regions) and they do not even list Leatt on their website as one of the brands they sell. There isn’t a single Leatt product on their website. I’ve bought Leatt MX gear (jersey, pants, knee braces) online without trying on first, but when I am looking at spending well over $1000 on jacket and pants, I need to see and try the items first.

Is the rain layer also suitable for wearing it over the outer layer? like alpinestars bogota pro?
@OfficialLeatt3 ай бұрын
Great question! The Leatt ADV Multitour 7.5 jacket is designed with versatility in mind, featuring a removable HydraDri MAX waterproof liner that can be worn underneath the outer shell for full weather protection and comfort. Unlike some other brands where the rain layer is designed to be worn over the outer layer, our HydraDri MAX liner integrates into the jacket, making it ideal for long, unpredictable rides. This allows the jacket to maintain its streamlined fit and full impact protection while keeping you dry in all conditions. Let us know if you have any more questions!

So, I've done my research, and I'm torn between the MultiTour 7.5 and the FlowTour 7.5. I live in Prescott, Arizona so ride when it's both warm and cool. When it's hot, I need as cool as possible, which is why I'm leaning towards FlowTour for maximum airflow, but if it gets chilly, I'm thinking I'll just wear my puffy jacket underneath to stay warm. I don't think I ride enough in cold-weather climate for the multitour, but I also travel on my Triumph Tiger 800 XCa to ride BDRs and I like how there's superfabric on the multitour. Hmmm. I'm so torn. Any recommendations/thoughts from anyone? 🏍
@OfficialLeatt3 ай бұрын
Thanks for reaching out! Both the MultiTour 7.5 and FlowTour 7.5 jackets are excellent choices, and I understand why you’re torn. Given Prescott’s warm climate, the FlowTour’s maximum airflow and lighter construction would indeed keep you cool and comfortable in those hotter conditions. However, if you're frequently riding BDRs and want extra protection for more rugged terrain, the MultiTour 7.5 offers that added durability with the SuperFabric reinforcements, as well as a bit more versatility with its thermal and waterproof liners for when temps drop. If your rides are predominantly in warmer conditions with only occasional cool weather, the FlowTour might be the best fit, especially with the option to layer underneath. But if you want that extra peace of mind for all-weather and rugged rides, the MultiTour would cover all bases. It really comes down to your preference for maximum airflow vs. extra protection. Let us know what you decide, and we’re happy to answer any other questions!

Can you please elaborate on difference between MultiTour and FlowTour. Would a MultiTour be comfortable in a warm climate? Does it have sufficient airflow. And, would a FlowTour be enough during winter months in a warmer climate (8-12 degrees C)?
@OfficialLeatt7 ай бұрын
Hello again, Alexander! The Flow Tour set is designed for warmer climates but also has a waterproof layer and the Multi Tour set can be adjusted for any climate - just make sure you can stash the liners on the bike or in your back pack if the day gets warmer 😊

Are the pants water resistant without the liner? I don’t need it to be waterproof but some level of water resistance is appreciated in hot weather
@OfficialLeatt3 ай бұрын
Great question! Yes, the FlowTour pants do offer some level of water resistance even without the liner, thanks to their durable Ripstop fabric with a water-repellent coating. While they won't be fully waterproof without the HydraDri Max liner, they should be able to handle light rain or splashes and still keep you comfortable in warmer weather. Let me know if you need more info! 😊

This looks absolutely like something I am looking for, but I have 3 questions: 1. Can you wear the Rain Liner also over the Jacket (is it stretchy enough)? I really like to do that since it seems more practical to not get the Jacket wet... 2. How does your sizing compare to KLIM (which I currently wear)? As KLIM is very generously sized and I like it a bit baggy and comfy 3. I really want to switch because of Neck Braces, does your standard rage fit or do you need a larger brace for that kind of jacket? Thanks!

Hi! Bit of an odd question but what are the dimensions of the back protector supplied and is it Full Back or certified?
@OfficialLeatt3 ай бұрын
The back protector supplied with the MultiTour 7.5 jacket is CE Level 2 certified and offers full-back coverage. For more detailed information on the dimensions and other specifics, I’d recommend checking our sizing charts on Leatt.com where we provide all the technical specifications you may need. 😊

I've just received the pants and immediately took them for a short test ride. One hour ride, light drizzle, 3 degrees Celsius outside. I took out the thermal layer, because I only ever use it in winter . I've kept the rain membrane. Pants seem to be working great, quality is good, design is great, pockets are comfortable, I love it that they have braces and ratchet and these big pockets on the thigh should be great on the border crossings when you have to quickly put away documents. I think these pants may be too hot for hot weather, but IMHO Leatt has made almost perfect design choices for "all weather" conditions. "Almost" because this rain membrane belongs outside of the pants, not inside. Do you really stop on the side of the road and take off your pants to put the rain layer on? I do not, so the thermal layer (unusable on its own) and the rain membrane (not practical) are purely wasted money. I am simply using the British army anti-rain pants, as good as top goretex pants (I've been riding in Held pants so far, but I have never used their goretex layer), has zips so that you put them on effortlessly over your boots and motorcycle gear and is cheaper and better than any "motorcycle" gear, including goretex. The only drawback is the camo pattern. Another problem for me is finding the right size - my new Leatt pants are a little too tight in the waist and a bit too long. I chose the size based on the Leatt size table and this table is exactly true - my measurements were 1 cm bigger for the waist and 1 cm shorter in-seam. I am still waiting for the jacket - it will arrive next week. According to my measurements it should be a bit too tight in the waist, but from experience I know that one size up and the sleeves will be much too wide. I often see people with same problem - ill fitting, expensive motorcycle gear that they had to buy just because better fitting sizes are not available. Leatt, please hear me - people with the same in-seam length may differ in waist size :) In short: I do recomment the pants, the best from what I have available in Poland. If the jacket's size and fit will not break the deal, I will consider the mesh version for the summer as a replacement for my mesh gear which is slowly becoming too tight in the waist :(

Hi, a question. Is the rain layer also suitable for carrying it over the outer layer as with the Revit Offtrack 2?
@OfficialLeatt3 ай бұрын
Thanks for your question! The rain layer in the MultiTour 7.5 is designed to be worn under the outer layer for seamless waterproofing and breathability. It’s not intended to go over the outer layer like the Revit Offtrack 2. However, the MultiTour offers excellent all-weather versatility with its HydraDri MAX waterproof liner. Feel free to reach out if you need more details!
