Ruben Babu, Mohan Babu assumed the post of CM not because of his leadership but choice of central government committee.Secondly, he lacks experience because of transformation from MLA to CM skipping the intermediate step of any prior ministerial berth.Thirdly ,too many portfolios flocked to him which led to wide spread resentment among other ministers. Senior and compatible MLAs are not assigned any portfolio to decentralise the smooth functioning which led to team leadership scourge.But time is best examination for him in coming days which BJP particularly public are eagerly waiting.
