झुग्गीयां कभी कम होगी ही नहीं। झुग्गियों को बसाने के नाम पर उनकी जगह कैप्चर कर के उस पुराने झुग्गी वालों को दूर किधर तो भगा देंगे। दुसरे राज्यों से जबतक लोग मुंबई में जाते रहेंगे तब मुंबई में भीड बढती ही जाएगी।

As Mr. Prabhakar explained that Redevelopement has become "BIG PROBLEM " for all concern housing societies. I don't know why Govt. is bringing non-practicable rules and regulations for Redevelopement schemes. The main reason Govt. does not have proper team to form these laws from which housing society people become homeless instead getting new home. I strongly recommend Govt. must look into this big problem resolve the issue. But Govt.should take care that they should not appoint CURRUPT OFFICIALS in this matter. --JAY-BHARAT

Corruption is the root cause of all the delay & problem. The NOC for redevelopment of our more than 90 years old cessed building was given in 2016 is still the reconstruction has not commenced inspite of multiple extentions given by MHADA.

Bandra Highway Se Jab Ham Mahim west main road per Jaate Hain. Khadi Ke Side Mein Dekho Kitni sari jhopadpatti hai Ramgarh jhopadpatti bolate Hain use Jagah ko. udhar to koi bhi Dhyan Nahin deta.. vah log pahle 1 Mala hi banaa dete the abhi Highway se dekhoge to 3 floor banaa chuke hain aur banaa rahe hain. Unke liye Kitna Khatra Hai... in case Agar earthquake a Gaya to.. Udhar bhi kisi ne Dhyan Deni chahiye

UP,MP, BHRi, गुजराती,मारवाडी बंगाली, ईस्ट इंडियन, नॉर्थ इंडियन्स, पाकिस्तानी, साऊथ इंडियन, बांगला देशी सब मुम्बई मे आकेही काम करते हैं, अपने देश मे काम नहीं करते.. इसि कारण मराठी लोक आलसी हो गये है.. मुम्बई के बाजूमे और 10 मुम्बई बंआधना चाहिए.. भरतकी लोक संख्या 145 करोड तो उन्मेसे 140 करोड लोग मुंबई पुणे नाशिक मे राहणे आवश्यक हैं/ चाहिए.
