Basically many Bollywood stars and other elites live in posh and expensive area also called South Bombay. Though they own other properties too across the city. It is just the difference with certain luxuries as in urban or suburban areas just like any other state or city. The funny thing is though sometimes the younger kids there are just well versed in English and not Hindi or Marathi, especially from Bollywood families
