Mumbai is growing since last 100 years, Kolkata stopped to grow after 1970. Then BJP was not born even. Congress or BJP, Mumbai Delhi and Bengaluru, these 3 cities are growing and future is bright. But for a country like India, it should have 4 national capitals, Mumbai Kolkata and Chennai, should be made NCR-2,NCR-3, and NCR-4
