Mumbai Mast Tomato Pulao | मुंबई मस्त टोमेटो पुलाव | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1 large onion roughly chopped large squares 2 Large Tomatoes cut in cubes 1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala. 1 green pepper coarsely chopped 1 green chilli 1/2 package panner (optional) 1 tsp salt 6 cups cooked rice i.e. 3 cups uncooked rice. 1 cup frozen peas (optional) handfull cilantro 1. Heat oil in a deep vessel on medium high heat. 2. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it for about 10-15 seconds. 3. Add onions and cook them until they are soft and translucent, about a minute. 4. Add tomatoes and cook them for a few minutes. 5. Add tomato ketchup, cayenne pepper, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala and mix well. 6. Add green pepper and mix. 7. Add green chilli. 8. Add 1 cup water 9. Add Panner (optional) 10. Add peas 11. Add salt, mix 12. Add cooked rice mix 13. Add cilantro and mix.

Zdarr that red chilly powder gives taste to the dish and is not at all spicy as the green chilly. Without red chilly powder the dish will be incomplete and tasteless
