You can go in May. Its big & airy with plenty of fans. Some sections are open, (outdoors in the corridor) & some sections have AC. It's a mix of all.

Hi! Vastusangahlay ke timings kya hai? Aur konse din chalu aur band rehta hain? Kab aur konse din chalu rehata hai aur band rehata hain? Aur travel ke liye kitna kharch hota hain? Kyuki mein mulund se hu so idea nahi hain aane jaane kaa? Aur pranisangrlay ka bhi kuch idea hai toh bataye? Aur waha kuch foods ke canteens hain?

Hello Vastusangahlay ka timing 10.15 to 6 pm sab din pe open hai. Mulund se actually mujhe pata nahi par train mil jana chahiye CST tak. Mere hisab se Rs. 20 hoga max. Pranisangrlay abhi tak nahi gayi hu. Bahut sal hua wahi jake. Food canteen hai museum meh.

CST station to CSMVS appox 2 kms hai. Bus se Rs. 5 to 7 hota hai aur taxi se max Rs. 40. By walk 20 min lagta hai.

Yes you can take photos inside. You have to buy a photo pass for Rs. 100. Only no tripod, selfie stick ect are not allowed. There is security in every section so buy the pass & wear the wristband to click freely.

That's great. I didn't see the mummy as part of the museum was under renovation when I visited. Hence can't say for sure. It would ideally be mentioned if its real or fake and just there for visuals.

I understand it is quite high for foreigners but that's how it is in many countries. Also Indians are paying a subsidiary rate as we are already paying local taxes. Private forts and museum fees are very high, even for us locals.
