bacterial growth hoti hai if not cleaned PROPERLY and we can't talk about cleanliness in our street food. Plastics ke andar harmful chemicals hote hai jo khane me utar jate hai although it only happens for lower grade plastic containers, not sure about the one used in the video. But still refrain from using lower grade plastic containers at home too.
