Jennyspence My friend asked me to come down to the store this morning for a surprise. He had it wrapped up in a black plastic bag, I touched it and said, "This is the Pav Bhaji!!" I could feel the bread. I carried it with me through the day, knowing that I wouldn't touch it till this evening. I pulled up this video before I had the first bite 🫦. The spices are so numerous and complex that they need my full attention!!!!! Bit 1 hits every happy spot! Bit 2 you can pick out ginger, cinnamon, and the sweeter spices!! Bite 3 is the heat kicking in!!! Bite #4 is everything in harmony!!!! My friends mother is an absolute artist with her spices. She stores her spices in Quart jars in her pantry! Last week, he made me his favorite Misir Wot with Injira!
