Louis - India is very diverse, every other place here has its own popular cuisine. 1. Vada Paw for Mumbai. 2. Chhole kulche (Delhi) 3. Parathe and many others (Haryana) 4. Makke di Roti and Sarson da Saag (Punjab) 5. Daal Baati Churma ( Rajasthan) 6. Litti Chokha and Ahuna Chicken & Mutton ( Bihar) 7. Idli dosa sambhar ( South India) many more... But try these on your trip 😅

U can visit south India u can see variety of different foods temples heritage and culture especially Kerala and Tamil Nadu Karnataka it's amazing Kerala, munnar, kochi, wayanad
