Here's very unique and eco-friendly concept of of serving juice. The Jungle Juice in Mumbai serves fresh & healthy fruit juices and they serve it the fruit shell itself. They call it a "Zero Waste" juice because they don't serve it with straw or Juice and encourage their customers to support the environment.

The concept is nice but need to think about scalability too. Taking so much time to serve 1 customer is not an ideal thing for food business. Probably automate the process of removing the pulp too considering that’s the most time consuming. Also, so much sugar is a big NO. Good initiative, all the best.
