@@DB-wh3db I have huge respect for the South Indian states especially in the last few years they've been doing great whether it's in terms of it, cleanliness or education but saying that north India is not developing all together is itself a very wrong and controversial statement! Most of the northern states have been a centre of attraction not only now but since the colonialism and so people from all over the country comes to cities like Mumbai or Delhi in hope for a job so it's obvious that these cities would face these issues!!! Here I am talking everything in perspective to Mumbai (as this is my 13th year in the city) and I can say that it's very different from what you see in the movies or through the media (slums particularly) some parts of the city is very clean and I don't even need to say how developed the city is in any terms, from all of your comments the only reasonable statement is that the city has some cleanliness issues otherwise almost everything is fine.

Im of Indian descent and visited Mumbai in 2009 when I was 19 with my family. It has changed so much. Mumbai deserves to be the biggest and most important city in India. It’s created on reclaimed land, it has beautiful coasts, palm trees and lots of greenery. Cant wait to visit it again around 2027/2028

For all the people who make fun of Indian cities, just go take a look at the so called global mega cities like LA, Paris, London or NY. I've seen people urinating in public fountains in Paris, thousands of homeless people doing everything on streets just a couple of blocks away from Beverly Hills in LA, many people puking and shitting in the iconic NY subway. The traffic congestion in cities like London and NY is infamous and as bad as many Indian cities. Those cities manage to hide these problems from the wider international media and always sell this image of being multi-cultural and diverse utopias. The reality couldn't be any more different from their perceived image in the international media. Cities like Singapore, Tokyo, Seoul and Shanghai are far cleaner and far better at everything and that is the standard that every developing Indian city should target. Mumbai is beautiful as it is and with the completion of major infra projects like the metro, coastal road and THL, it will look far cleaner.

I visited Mumbai for the first time back in 2008 and hated it due to its filth and dirt Later I visited this city in 2019 and the contrast was clearly visible . Roads have improved a lot and the city is much cleaner 💯 If mumbai gets a new Metro System ( like the Delhi Metro ) , then the city shall get a major boost 😁

Wide roads after a certain time will again be at capacity, so that's not going to work forever. We first need to invest a lot more on public infrastructure like Metro and Mono rail and hopefully if we ever build another line of Mono rail I hope they will give more consideration to commuter's needs than a politicians promise to his constituency for easy votes.

Your video is superb. Good camera work , location selection and editing. Magnificent and gorgeous . Proud of Mumbai. But Mumbai should develop as a world's top city in the slab of 1 to 3 rankings in the world. There should be no politics on it and no leniency . Mumbai has the potential. But politics , lack of comprehensive coordination and cooperation play very badly as a hurdle.
