A Good IT or EV project will definitely boost up nashik. Also, it's close to mumbai.

Loved the episode. The tenant Rohit highlighted very relevant points. Couples staying and working in different cities is becoming very common. This episode can be a good reference point for them. Thanks Vishal for sharing interesting stories of tenants in your program.

Very well narrated keeping in mind the finer nuances of the apartment and the emotional connect with the place is the highlight. Good execution in terms of sequence and subtleness of actions making it quite gracious and realistic. One could easily draw real life connections. Rich in information about the city and the whole ecosystem of nashik. I believe people intending to shift to nashik should definitely refer this video. The only thing I found missing is the daily routine household purchases like groceries, vegetables and dairy. Overall it would was a complete package of information portrayed in a silky smooth manner.
