@@arunkumarvikram small CGI work will not enhance the clarity you are getting due to the absence of 100,000 vehicles on the streets, and 1000s of miscellaneous polluting entities across the globe (mfg chimneys, mines, aircrafts, fires.) This is especially true for India. For other countries, the ppm level difference wont be much but for a city like Mumbai (or Gurugram) the difference in vision clarity is phenomenal. Keep in mind the cost of working on top-quality CGI or DI is very high. CGI will not be able to replicate all the details as well.
