Changeling headcanon I had while watching this. Young changelings can transform from birth, but mastery of voice mimicry takes a while. Due to this, a young changeling will have odd voice cracks in which their voices randomly shift to the voice of another changeling in the vicinity

FL Studio's built-in Pitcher plugin, using its MIDI functionality. It'll try its best to change up the notes of whatever you feed into it to whichever you choose in a MIDI pattern. Best look up a tutorial along the lines of "FL Studio Pitcher MIDI" if you want an in-depth explanation.. if you even use FL Studio that is...
